Going rate is about $2400+ As for jacking up the price, its just like any other MG - there is no such thing as a dealer price vs individual price in the C3 world (unless you're buying a quantity of M11s). Therefore, most dealers aren't making much on the sale - several dealers I know don't make anything on the sale, but just charge a straight fee for the transfer and sometimes a finders fee. Unless the dealer bought it a while ago and sat on it, he's probably not making much on it.
