When I called Sun Valley and asked if they would send me new parts the guy acted like there should not have been any problem with the originals and didn't beleive me. I told him that all I wanted to do was be able to shoot the rifle, and just wanted them to replace the parts, or I would just sent the upper back and call Visa. He said that he wouldn't exchange the gun. I said that your ad says "Order at no Risk! Satisfaction Guaranteed!" He said that I could do whatever I wanted to and then told to "Go To Hell" and hung up the phone.

i think it might be a case of fraud
