Modifying the disconnetor on a semi-auto AK is not a very wise thing. This is because when the disconnector is not functioning the hammer will follow the bolt back to battery as it picks up another round from the clip. This can cause firing pin protrusion and firing of the cartige before the rotary bolf has been fully locked.
Hang fire is also possible because the hammer's momentum is reduced thereby striking the primer with less energy. Real full-autos require a seperate linkage to trip the hammer only after the bolt is almost completely closed.
