Need some info on HK-91 and SAR-8 interchangability

I want to buy an HK-91 but dont want to pay the 1,700-2,000 dollars it takes to get one. I just called a local dealer and he has a SAR-8 NIB for 1,000. The only problem I have with this is the stupid 'butthole' stock on it. Would the standard HK-91A2 stock and pistol grip fit on the SAR-8 and what's the legality of this. Bear in mind the SAR-8 would still have the stupid solid 'flash suppressor' on it. Can I do this legally? Would it also be legal to put on a AK-74 type muzzle brake, or would that then make it illegal? I'd greatly appreciate any information i can get on this. Oh, one more question, who has good prices on 20 rd. mags for the HK-91. (aluminum or steel) Thanks!!!
